All About Coins,

I am one of those individuals that do not regularly take the time to write about a product or event. In general I feel that if I have spent some amount of money on a product or service, I have the expectation of my needs being filled.

In this case, I felt compelled to speak up regarding your product and your service. From the onset of initial contact with your associates, and the fact that for me, this was an area I had no knowledge of what so ever, my comfort zone was attained. Dealing with both Rich and Matt was a pleasure. All questions were addressed with knowledge and professionalism. All of my concerns were resolved and my mind was at ease. My son produced the original design for our coin and your artist’s representation was awesome. Your patience was greatly appreciated as several changes took place due to all parties having to buy in on the design. Order day finally came and then it was a time of anxiety awaiting the delivery of the coins.

Delivery was made sooner than I expected and in today’s climate it is rare to have deliveries even on time. A pleasant surprise indeed.

The product met and in some ways exceeded my expectations and you should rightfully take pride in your product. Rick had asked if I would permit you to use our facing design in your gallery and we would be honored for our Dragon to take its place amongst your other artistic displays.

Sir I am sorry that I was not able to met up with you with a 71st coin while I was out there at IP school. I am in the middle of getting a coin designed for my hard crew at the 71st and wanted to pass on the coin company info to you. We went through a place called All About Challenge Coins (www.allaboutchallengecoins.com and info@allaboutchallengecoins.com) and they were great help.

They gave very realistic artwork which was dead-on with what was actually delivered. They were very quick with artwork and changes as well as the actual order once it was placed. Let me know if you would like any other info but I highly recommend them.
